It taught me that I have the ability to work consecutive days in blocks of time that will likely be similar to the periods I will work in the future. Additionally, I discovered that I had a passion for working with older adults. This then leads to my future career goals as this experience helped me gain a deeper understanding that this would be an enjoyable and beneficial field to enter. I feel like the daily hands-on experience has helped me create a clearer picture of what I see myself pursuing in the future. Thus helping me adapt my career decisions from here on
