The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) is a customer-focused organization that focuses on finding faster, more easier, more effective and efficient to provide their services in all areas of their interactions with customers. With the aim of improving customer services, the WSIB has introduced electronic services to make it easier and faster for workers, employers and healthcare professionals to report claims and to allow employers to access information on own accounts. The first of the electronic services offered is adapted to the needs of employers. This suite is the most comprehensive offering of the three offered on the WSIB website. Employers have access to the following tools: eStatement, eClearance, ePremium, ePayment, eForm 7, eRegistration, eWISR and Business to Business Form 7.
