1. Introduction:Recently, many organizations and countries are trying to prevent pollution and its negative impact on humans. To make this project more realistic and effective, the European Union has offered an award called the "European Green Capital Award". The main purpose of this award is to find a true green economy model and encourage other cities to improve the quality. Bristol received this recognition for 2015 thanks to its environmental protection project and appropriate investments. The project is based on the consideration of both people and the positive involvement of the Triple bottom line. But Bristol's small and medium-sized businesses also play an important role in contributing to this city's premium. Therefore, Bearpit Social - a small coffee shop, to which the business concept was applied to have a proper development plan and help Bristol develop more comprehensively. This report was written to help organizations more clearly understand the triple bottom line and how to work to improve business operations most effectively.2.
