Allegan County School Board Dear AAESA School Board: This letter concerns a controversial topic I have been researching: advertising on school property. With all the cuts school districts have faced over the past five years, I am an advocate for in-school advertising and argue that our district would benefit from implementing diverse advertising in our district to help fund programs for who dies. David Gard for The Star – Ledger in New Jersey on January 6, 2011 writes about how Governor Chris Christie signed a bill that would allow advertising on school buses in order to raise revenue for school districts at a time of declining costs. In the article, Connie Wagner of Assemblywomen says: “With schools around the world losing out on state aid and cuts being felt as classes resume, this is an easy way for schools to generate additional revenue for help keep programs running and taxes on activities. to a minimum."
