The main objective was to understand the teacher's experience in crisis situations and lessons learned from it, including identifying gaps. The crises analyzed include house fire, community crisis and student social life. The origins of crisis theory date back to the psychological and medical journals of the 1920s (Murphy, 2004, p. 13). The student's research focused on several areas, such as “hysteria,” “mental conflict,” or “acute pain,” which established the first definitions of crisis intervention concepts. The acronym mentioned above means the following: • Prevent and prepare • Reaffirm health and perceptions • Assess risk • Provide interventions • Respond • Examine effectiveness and intervention. A review of the literature shows that such events could include student or staff suicide, natural disasters, teacher shootings, tragic accidents, or school violence (School Crisis Management, 2005; Pagliocca & Nickerson, 2001, p. 376 ). Despite this, Reeves et al. (2008, p. 10) identified it as physical and mental health and safety in terms of school culture.
