Online Education Over the years, it has been seen that education has taken different forms. With the advent of technology, education has also been integrated with technology. Education was previously seen to be achieved through paper forms written with pen or pencil. The use of the pen and pencil can be traced back to the Roman Empire. However, with the pace of development, the traditional means of achieving education are changing. The introduction of computer technology has brought forth a new way of learning through the Internet. E-learning is the new form of education introduced by IT that helps people acquire knowledge through the use of their computers. Through the use of information technology, a portal is introduced where students can access and take tests. However, this new technology also brings with it other ethical issues related to plagiarism and social contact. Online training is an inadequate alternative to traditional classroom teaching for several reasons: there is no interactive communication between the student and the instructor, potential employers do not value online course work, the offering of is limited, instructor feedback to the student may be delayed for days, and group projects are nonexistent. With the advent of modern technology, a strong impact of this technology has been observed in almost all spheres of modern life. With increasing access to these facilities, the lives of modern humans have changed so dramatically that in many cases a reversal to old ways of life seems seemingly impossible. Similar is the case with the educational process. In general, the concept of e-learning has changed learning methods and behaviors to a much greater extent.
