Having this regulation, limits a user from staying online all day and being smart about what they post. Another limitation of Tumblr is that it asks any user ten questions per hour. Many Tumblr users communicate, even if "Ask", if there were no limits, many users could spend all their time interacting with each other. There may be some people who may argue that having limitations on how many posts they can post/reblog and how many questions they are allowed to ask is ridiculous, but I believe it is not.
