While practicing the dance move, Pat reads Nikki's first letter, which Tiffany actually wrote. That's how Tiffany feels about Pat, and Tiffany says the "something" the letter was referring to could be their romantic dance move, and that it could be about Nikki. However, since Tiffany actually wrote this letter, she was implying that it could have been for herself or them, not Nikki. Once Pat realizes that Tiffany deceived him and was the one who wrote the letter, he surprisingly doesn't get angry. This could indicate a change of heart and the fact that he has developed romantic feelings for Tiffany that are now evident to the viewer.
