All fiction requires the reader to immerse themselves in the world and characters that have been created, but sometimes the stories can be too unbelievable for the reader to relate to or tend too much towards the reality can be classified as fantasy. Karen Russell has constructed a novel of exemplary short stories entitled Vampires In The Lemon Grove. His critically acclaimed first novel was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in the Fiction category, and he has also won numerous other prestigious awards such as The New Yorker's 20 under 40.
