The Golden Rule... Bottle Logic As I entered the tasting room at Bottle Logic, Crossfire was playing, by Stevie Ray. What ever happened to the golden rule are the final words of the song. I can tell you that Bottle Logic lives up to the golden rule. Bottle Logic is treating others as they would want done to themselves. The beer is so different and intense in taste and flavor, it is definitely a craft beer with a soul. They have the best dark beer I've ever had. Don't miss the other constants in their army of beers with a frank flavour. The Golden Rule lives at Bottle Logic. Bottle Logic is located in the industrial area off La Palma and Kraemer, or more specifically Armondo, in the city of Anaheim in California. You might call them branded beers or flagships but, whatever you call them, they are not bland or bland. At Bottle Logic they pride themselves on a constant rotation of experimental flavors, and it pays off. Each week has a new variation of the next best thing. They treat you well with flavor and intensity and don't deny quality ingredients. Deep profiles can be found on even their lightest beer. It gives every beer legs that stand on their own with great flavor and complexity. I'm going to review all five that appear in what they call "The Constant" sample. Holy…this thing had a very deep flavor. I think saying it's a lager that drinks like a stout might be off the mark, but there really is so much complexity in its undertones of malt, caramel and even light coffee. I should say right away that he won the GABF for 2 years in a row, so he has been in the ring a couple of times and knows how to fight. But it still took me by surprise, with its robust and intense roasting strength. Season. Oh, Saison. Should we say Saison like the French? Vidal Saison? Rinse and repeat?. Look, I'll be blunt, I don't usually try Saison. I feel less American when I say the word Saison. I know, I know, it's the French word for season. Which means nothing to a lot of breweries because that's what they want it to be anyway. I digress, after imbibing this magical elixir as part of my meal, it was a great palette cleanser for what lay ahead. Lots of flowers and citrus, orange and light spices.. Refreshing, that's really what it's for
