IntroductionThe purpose of this assignment is to discuss the impact that the Internet of Everything (IoE) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have and will continue to have on businesses, such as on how it will improve productivity, reduce costs and enable businesses to make the most of their resources and improve societies by enabling better water management, improving transport systems, reducing crime and creating more job and business opportunities . It also discusses the changes we are about to experience such as the growth of economies, the significant increase in the total amount of data and information that exists so that knowledge can be achieved and how people should prepare for that change and we will also learn about the new risks associated to IoE (Davenport, 2013). What is the Internet of Everything (IoE)? (IoE) describes the connection of all devices on the Internet so that they can be accessed and controlled remotely and are able to collect, analyze and send data or process their own decision based on the information collected, for example an artificial intelligent bed (AI ) which monitors your sleep patterns with hundreds of sensors built into the mattress that collect and use that data to adapt to your sleeping position to ensure you rest well and wake up refreshed and free from back pain, neck pain and fatigue, and when you wake up in the morning the bed fixes itself (Duncan, 2014). IoE is already available in the business world, for example retail companies are implementing RFID tags that store product information such as shoe size, color, manufacturer name, date it was shipped and country where it was produced.
