Unmanned aerial vehicles, also known as drones, have numerous capabilities such as delivering aid to rural locations, strategic reconnaissance, wildlife observation, and military strikes. It has been widely debated whether the positive effects of drones outweigh its airstrike capability due to the fact that nations such as the United States have conducted military airstrikes on Pakistan resulting in numerous civilian casualties. 12 As this is a relatively new technology, not many countries have military-capable drones.
