Leader is a person who has wonderful and powerful characteristics and who leads people in the right direction. I have discussed many characteristics of the classroom leader. Mr. Alan is a very kind person who gave us new thoughts and learned about leadership. Last week we played a game to better understand leadership concepts. I think this game is very useful and important from a leadership perspective. I believe there is a strong connection between leadership and cultural values. I just notice that we use different cultural values ​​in our routine life that concerns leadership. For example, we see common things in the office, such as employee clothing and office layout. I think empowerment also gives a real insight into the environment, behavior and cultural aspects of the organization. I absolutely agree with the motivation theory. From my point of view, both the leader and the follower move forward in life with their own thinking, but with special needs. I believe a simple model of motivation describes the best concept of motivation. How do I survive and navigate society with leadership or followership qualities? I really appreciate Mr. Alan for organizing the leadership game. This game has two parts to have a sense of leadership and implementation. For the learning process, I think this game is very interesting. The motivating point for me was hierarchical needs. I believe that all expectations and motivational factors depend on needs. I believe if we can't meet each other's needs we can't survive with leadership even then. I think one point of dissatisfaction with this game was the poor coordination. I think Mr. Alan's approach to managing this match is to motivate us and behind the purple... middle of paper... there, he gets more opportunities. After summarizing, we can conclude that a leader is a person with many effective characteristics and skills. The leadership game is very useful and I have learned many new concepts. Spiritual leadership has some complex ideas; however, followers achieve good results by following spiritual guidance. Leading a team is a great opportunity for leadership. The concept of politics with leadership highlights the importance of leadership by describing personal power and leadership position. Ultimately, I learned that the relationship between leaders and followers is the key to success for a great leader who can survive anywhere, anytime.
