Therefore, it is important to practice economic movements based on moral and legitimate foundations (Abdi et al., 2014). In any case, most Muslims did not really understand the value of the Islamic work ethic. Some of them may know the meaning of Islamic work ethic, but they will not implement it as an excuse for the difficulties in implementing it and because they believe that it will ruin the opportunities of being at the top. They (Nasr, 1984; Idrus, Noordin, Naziman, Aznan, & Othman, 2011) argued that the Islamic work ethic deserves serious investigation because it is the ideal that Muslims seek to realize. Darwish (2000) and Idrus et al., (2011) stated that Islamic work ethic considers dedication to work as a virtue. Adequate effort should be put into work, which is considered mandatory for a capable individual. Furthermore, they also argued that the Islamic work ethic is not synonymous with denial of life but with fulfillment of life and keeps entrepreneurial motivations first.
