Creativity has always been the key to success, both for early ancestors and for 21st century scientists. For example, try to imagine what the world would have been like today if it hadn't been for the invention of the wheel; something quite ordinary in its nature, but it was the result of the divergent thinking of a great mind that made life much easier. But to think creatively requires a change in mindset, or in other words, deviating from the norm. Meggison summed up the importance of change beautifully by saying, “It is not the strongest species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that adapts best to change." (“Lessons from Europe for American Business”). Although people might argue that deviating from the norm produces more risk of failure than success, however, history and the modern era have proven this to be wrong on several occasions because deviating from the norm helps you adapt to new difficult situations, it also instills creativity in you as a driver. to highlight a new approach to a problem and then provide more efficient ways to do the same thing. Throughout history it has been observed that only those species that are best adapted to the constantly changing environment are able to survive. Johnson, an extraordinary psychologist and author, mentioned in one of his best-selling books that “If you don't change you could become extinct.” ("Who moved my cheese?"). Darwin also implied this important fact, the survival of the fittest, in his famous Theory of Natural Selection. Thus the example of how change and deviation lead to success is given by Nature itself. Not only does adapting to new ways and changing your lifestyle help you achieve your goal, but those who don't adopt are even......half of paper......entrepreneurship too.
