Personally, I found it difficult to place limits on the technology just like Subject A as I would find myself exceeding the limit I would set. I really liked ABC planning as I found myself jumping back and forth between tasks instead of staying focused on one. ABC planning helped me plan which task I would work on first before moving on to the next one. I suggested that Subject B try setting their clocks a little faster to help them be on time for events and they slowly adjusted back to their old habits, but that was it.
