Ara Patvakanian6th grade - Mr. Gifford04.07.2014 - Country report - HungaryEconomy and main industriesHungary is located in Central Europe and has a territory rich in minerals, natural resources, characteristics and geographic circumstances and other factors that influence income, production and the overall economy. Most of the lower classes are farmers who produce the food that is exported and used, while miners and "factory workers" produce all the manufactured goods. History Hungarian agriculture and agriculture have always been the same: common people produced all clothing, food, commercial goods and people worked in mining in Hungary since the end of the 19th century, however the production of iron and steel was quite new (starting after the Second World War), considering that Hungary has a thousand years of history. Aluminum production also occurred after World War II, but because aluminum is much cheaper to produce than iron (especially since you need to mix it with some other metals to make steel). In addition, lately Hungary, under pressure from the USSR, joined the Eastern Bloc, a group of countries that are not quite communist in government, but still have communist ideas, and due to the collapse of the Soviet Union, all Hungary was allowed to use democratic ideas more freely. Agriculture Hungary is rich in natural resources and geographical features. The 94 thousand square kilometers that make up 1% of Europe's total surface are made up of three quarters of plains, a fifth of hills and a twentieth of bodies of water or high and imposing mountains. Additionally, 19% of the foothills are forest. Throughout this land, farmers raise cows, pigs (or hogs), birds (poultry), chickens, and sheep. The Hungarian grey...... middle of the card......and(1) The Hungarian forint is equivalent to 0.0045 dollars - if you do the math, that's 223 forints, which is considered a lot there. Tourism in Hungary is considered world class. Due to Hungary's "geostrategic" location (above many hot water springs), tourists occasionally visit the famous spas and saunas, due to the perfect culture of hot water baths and massages. In 2011 alone, Hungary was the 24th most visited country, out of 200 countries. To conclude, the Hungarian economy, although a bit slow from an industrial point of view but strong from an agricultural point of view, has had many difficulties and difficult periods with declines (as Mr. Gifford said (he says in his briefing on the stock analysis) and sometimes shows growth in production rates, especially now, because the 2008 financial crisis is fading, but all in all, economists predict the best for my country, and we all hope that" re accurate.
