Now you have established the name of your market survey Set general property information You can enter identifying information for your subject property after clicking the initial "Create Property" button or by clicking "Property" on the red navigation bar and choosing “List and Edit Property” Click on the name of the property in question and simply fill out the form with the correct floorplan pricing information. The Property Information page allows you to enter web addresses that link to an online listing (e.g. example ApartmentGuide.com) for the subject property or for a competitor. This gives you a quick cross-check to verify that the prices you have in your market survey are correct with the prices the property advertises elsewhere. Go to the online advertisement (e.g. ApartmentGuide.com) for the property you are setting up. Highlight the web address in your Internet browser window. Right-click or choose "Edit," then "Copy" from your browser toolbar. Place your cursor in the Cross Check Floor Plan Pricing box, right-click, and choose "Paste." To add a user, select "Create User" and enter the appropriate information. You can deactivate a user by unchecking "Active" under the Access Level drop-down menu. Click "Update User" to save your changes.
