In [20] Buyukozkan and Ruan used Choquet's integral aggregation approach to evaluate the important effects and interactions between software development risks. They retrieved software development risk factors by studying a wide range of literature and examined a variety of risk types including development environment risks, product engineering risks, and risks associated with program constraints as the main dimensions of risks. Engineering product risk factors include design, requirements, unit and code testing, testing and embedding, and engineering specialists. Development environment risk factors include the development system, development process, management methods, management process, and work environment. Program contact, resources, and consolidation are the types of factors that influence program risks
