IntroductionIt was suggested “Is stress the eye of the beholder?” What does this mean? This statement means stress caused by our own actions and reactions to emotions produced by the body. I agreed with this statement. Stress can come from the environment, mutual relationship problem, health problems, financial problems and personality problems for everyone. Actually stress never sleeps in your daily life. Sometimes we will feel stressed when we do something to think about a lot or too much. It always comes and goes but as human beings we have to know how to handle and find the solution to ignore the problem you have in our life. we must see and know that stress is not always negative, it is not the same for everyone and stress exists even if there is no trace of it. We will see that stress has its impact on individuals and has an effect on the whole life if we do not know how to manage it. It has been suggested that "Is stress in the eye of the beholder?" We need a certain amount of stress to be motivated and achieve our goals. What is stress? You will find that stress comes from too much work and this will make you stressed. Stress is actually a physical response to someone, something or the environment that makes you feel uncomfortable, upset and threatened. Stressors refer to the causes of stress and the effects as a response. According to Stephen Evans...half of the article...the individual is exposed." This means that when someone performs under conditions of uncontrolled stress, the performance is of very poor quality.
