Video games are a product of fantasy, entertainment and controversy. Over the years, gamers like me have talked about killing people on the streets in the latest detective games, as well as hunting monsters in fantasy games. To play games, you need a gaming machine, such as a console, which is a machine built primarily for playing video games or PC. Console and PC gamers have argued over the years about which gaming machine is better. There are similarities between them as well as advantages that each has over the other, such as price, games and comfort, which are usually talked about. Price is an important factor in video games, gaming can be quite expensive. You need a gaming machine, a place to store the machine so it doesn't get dirty or dusty, games for the machine, and maintenance for both the console and PCs. When I go to buy a new game for my console, for example, I usually choose a used game. Depending on the game, it could cost anywhere from $10 to $30, if new it would be double that. PC, however, I simply go to Steam, which is a major site for purchasing new games and software, and has over hundreds of sales with discounts of up to 95%. When I purchase the game, I receive it immediately and it is tax free. Buying PC games can be extremely easy and cheap, however, you need a high-end PC to play this game. A friend of mine bought a game called Borderlands 2 for PC, he asked that I buy it too, I did and being on PC it only cost me about $5-$10. We tried to play it, but my PC it would overheat and the game would take a while to move or load to the point where it stopped working, so there is a higher price for the PC itself rather than the expensive games, however for consoles the games are made for said consoles, so... middle of paper... awkward mouse position, the heat from the laptop warmed my knees and looking at the screen hurts my back. If you want to feel comfortable when playing PC games you will need a powerful machine and usually those are quite expensive and are usually desktops, which require a desk and a fairly comfortable seat. You could, however, connect a wireless controller and connect the PC to the TV, then it would be just like a console, only more expensive and the computer has to be moved back and forth. Video games are wonderful sources of entertainment; both PC and console provide excellent experiences. Video games are like movies you live in and can change depending on your actions. Both PC and console require logic, gaming skills and tricks to get the best out of them. In fact, anyone who is a gamer should own both these machines to get a complete gaming experience.
