It was a new beginning. I decided to abandon all my old habits and adapt something new. I start to participate in the lesson. Without putting pressure on myself for hours trying to understand the concept on my own, I talked about it. I observed and learned. I decided to enjoy what I was master at. They lectured, shared ideas, and I learned. It became a guide for me to focus more on what I was learning. Finally, when it was time for our final vows; I noticed a noticeable improvement in my grades. I passed all courses with excellent grades. I got off probation. Now I have a good academic standing. Nothing compared to the moment I saw the huge improvement in my education. For me it was more like a miracle. Exactly one year ago I was without hope. I had no ambitions. Horrible student and today I overcame all obstacles. I achieved a better result. I did it. If it weren't for that art class, I would be a hopeless soul today. This is why I believe it is essential to opt for formal education. Sometimes it opens many doors while exploring the journey of education. The day will hit you. It just clicks. Understand what's important and what's not. You realize how far you've come and remember when you thought things were so messy they would never recover. It's important to put passion and determination into anything, not just education. Educate yourself first
