Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer came into the world at 4:34 pm on May 21 at the Evangelical Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee in 1960. His parents did not know at the time of his birth that their son would become one of America's most infamous serial killer, not only for the amount of victims he had killed, but also for having dismembered them and for his strange tendencies. Jeffrey's childhood began like any other, he had two parents who loved and adored his son dearly. They would give him everything his heart desired. While this did not have a dramatic effect on Dahmer's life, he remained rather neutral towards his brother's existence and they never became close.
