If your organization had the option to add a service, what do you think it should add? They should add a place where a person can submit their contact information if needed. This can benefit the victim who needs the services of one of their agencies. However, once filled out and submitted, the box should reset to an empty box. This can be useful if the attacker takes away the victim's phone and car keys. Therefore, if the victim has the opportunity to access the computer, the data sent can help victims by letting someone know that they need assistance. However, it should not be used to replace 911.
