As an honest police officer and upholder of the law, I am of the opinion that, more than anything, success requires hard work, determination and persistence to achieve. It is this quality that I believe I see above all in Ron Geis, an extraordinary individual who has fought the odds to get this far in life and I am convinced that he is destined for further success. From adverse circumstances, Ron pursued his dreams alone. An excellent athlete during his school years, since then I have been at his side in pursuing his sporting career.
