Many of the points and comparisons he made allowed me to understand certain elements of the movie that were on the tip of my tongue but couldn't fully explain. For example, when I saw the film for the first time I liked the discontinuity and the combination of colors used; however, it looked familiar, but I could never pinpoint where I had seen that style before. The review finally showed me where I had seen that technique before; which was in pop art. This review has given me a better understanding of the film, and with that, I love it too
