Introduction As we know, the Huaorani people are among the most ferocious hunter-gatherer tribal peoples of the Ecuadorian Amazon. For a time they lived in complete isolation until the 1950s, when evangelical Christian missionaries tried to convert them to Christianity. Since then, they have become an endangered people as Christian missionaries had opened the door to other forms of Western exploitation, such as the crude oil company, which threatened their way of life. Most Huaorani say they regret the day they came into contact with Christians because many Huaorani have contracted some diseases to which they are not immune, such as polio. The development of cancer is another serious disease caused by constant air and water pollution from oil spills and crude oil waste gases from oil companies. With the continued threat of Western development clouding their way of life, the Huaorani people continue to fight for survival. From the hot jungles of the Amazon to the cold mountainous plains of the Central Asian mountains, there is yet another group of people who are struggling to survive. by the same fate. The Kyrgyz are a pastoral nomadic tribal people who reside in the Wakhan Pamir of Afghanistan completely isolated from the outside world. Due to their deserted and isolated location as they are landlocked within the borders of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and Uzbekistan, as well as the harsh winter and cold environment, their way of life has become increasingly difficult to sustain. The mortality rate of women and children increased dramatically and it became expensive for men to afford a bride as women became scarce.
