It has been a struggle at times because I am not used to sitting in a classroom lecture for an hour and staying focused the whole time. If I had to choose an ideal teacher I would choose Professor Barkley; he always has such great energy, a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. It keeps me engaged and makes things more fun and enjoyable by forcing us to interact with others. He doesn't care that you look stupid in front of others. It will talk you through 101 and help you understand the material better. He will explain to you very thoroughly and connect the information to something you already know. As a college student this teacher has honestly been my comfort teacher, thanks to this ideal teacher I have learned how to teach myself information that I need to retain in other classes. Honestly, Professor Barkley was very positive about my college experience, but that wasn't always the case
