Topic > Predominant leadership style: Participative leadership…
Brody & Nair (2014) states that “leaders have flaws and some leaders have more flaws than others” (p.7). Initially, when I read about all the flaws or challenges in management, I didn't know that I saw one that suited me specifically. I think I can relate to the caster more. I would consider saying this might suit more of a people pleaser. In my role as a team leader, I was excited to get input from other employees, but I also worked very hard to implement those suggestions. I was fighting for the team because I had once been in their position. All the staff liked me and expected me to fulfill their request. Having a staff that appreciates and appreciates you can be a double benefit
