SBC's mission is to always have excellence in the healthcare provided. Therefore, this is the driving force for the South Bend Clinic staff and related organizations. As Drucker (2008) explains, it is the leader's responsibility to “ensure that everyone knows the mission, understands it, and lives it” (p. 13). The analysis of healthcare staff in an organization has provided important learning insights and placed emphasis on how we should provide excellent care to patients, which can be achieved by providing them with first-class care, achieving success with new technological expertise in medicine and providing the highest quality patient and staff care. Ultimately, the analysis reveals various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, but if the organization manages manpower planning and new healthcare needs, this will be critical to success
