However, to do this I must use my strengths in combination to make the most of them. Since the characteristics of an achiever revolve around staying busy and staying on top of things, I can use it to complete more work at a faster pace. Also, since accountability is a force that will make me feel more likely to turn in my assignments on time by seeing them as something I promised the professor I will get done. These strengths will help me stay ahead in my classes, but in case I fall behind, I will be able to get out of that slump and catch up. In such circumstances, I will be able to test my restorative skills by finding a solution on how I can stay engaged in my studies and discovering the root of the problem. Furthermore, if necessary, thanks to my individualization of strengths, I could create a study group by selecting people based on their unique abilities and use them to make the study groups more effective.
