For the first week I booked a room at the Morgantown Hotel and then started looking for an apartment that suited me. I looked at the dorm apartments, but didn't like them. They were nice but I didn't feel comfortable there. So I looked for an off-campus apartment and the search part was the most annoying thing that happened to me in college. As for the job, I wanted one not to support my budget, but to gain experience in the field of job searching. However, since I was in another country, I didn't know how to apply or know where I can find a job. As for the third barrier, at the beginning of my life in Morgantown I didn't know anyone. For the first two weeks I sat alone in my apartment staring at the wall without speaking, feeling alone. That moment was when I felt life was so dark away from home.
