We were taught to value each other in our family, to be open with each other because this is what unites us and keeps us a family. As we look to our future, each with our own careers and families, we know that the time will come and we may not live in the same area, but our goal is to keep alive the tradition of being together regardless of any circumstances. We want to pass on this value to our families and restore the bond that was interrupted at a certain point in history. We have always been encouraged to love people despite their differences, flaws, or past. We may be quick to judge and assume, but not everyone can take the time to give a shoulder to cry on. My father always loved taking care of the elderly even if they were not related to him. It has inspired us to lend a helping hand whenever we have the chance. With every step of kindness, we can make this world warmer
