1.0 PURPOSE1.1 BackgroundThe ISM UiTM, Bachelor of Science Information System Management (Hons) programme, provides graduates with knowledge and skills to address the challenging information management needs in various forms and in various types of organizations. Graduates become the main driving force for the development of a knowledge-based society, transforming Malaysia into a developed nation by ensuring that the country's rich reserves of knowledge are systematically organised, maintained and improved for optimal value. ISM UKM program which is Bachelor of Information Technology with Honors (Systems Science and Management), aims to develop skilled human resources in information systems engineering, development and administration to support the National Information Technology Agenda (NITA). Furthermore, this program aims to produce an information technology professional capable of acquiring business knowledge and highly skilled in developing information systems to solve the problems of organizations and businesses in support of business management functions. In addition to these new revised courses that should be added to the program because this field of study is becoming more and more important for the industry nowadays. Furthermore, students' feedback should also be taken into consideration since they are the main contributor to the results of the study. UKM should reduce the fee so that it does not burden students with the payment. Same goes for UiTM, UKM needs to re-evaluate the courses offered as the main focus of the program so that the outcome comes out effectively.
