The strength and presence of stereotypes depend on the place of residence and the level of education. In some homogeneous countries, such as Poland, racial discrimination has so far been almost completely invisible, however with the exodus of Syrian immigrants towards Europe, we increasingly encounter manifestations of prejudice and fear of differences. People have a greater or lesser tendency to perceive others in a certain way. These preferences are deeply rooted in the tradition, culture and education of entire communities, therefore in my new workplace I will promote social awareness to overcome racial discrimination
