Recommendation The researcher believes that, in this era of rapid changes, any type of company or organization should be able to improve the quality of workplace diversity by having some important key factors to promote the new paradigm of a diverse workplace, for example: • The HR department should broaden the company/organization's recruitment base; hire people based on skills, experience, qualifications, expertise and interests. • Regardless of skin color, race, sexual orientation, religion, gender or any related issue, managers must ensure that their company/organization is free from discrimination and threats. • Support employees to interact with others effectively: offering a certain amount of opportunities, such as diversity skills training, team meetings, activities outside the work environment. • Examine the outcomes of the multicultural workplace in the company, in order to improve and empower team members in the company. • Encourage people to embrace and value different points of view. • Recognize that different groups have needs and
