For many years, people from all over the world have come to the United States seeking a better life for themselves, their spouses, their children, and even their children of their children. However, not all immigrants enter this country legally, and many of these illegal immigrants are poor, uneducated, and may be carriers of contagious diseases. They can get here through human trafficking, smuggling or other methods. There's one thing we know for sure: many of them choose to remain silent when they become victims. The three main reasons why they become invisible victims are: they are not aware that they are one, they do not know the right way to ask for help and they are afraid of being fired or even deported. Illegal immigrants to the United States usually come from less developed countries or at least less developed regions of these countries. These illegal immigrants bring with them a totally different understanding of the culture, legal system, and human rights when they arrive in this country. These people are victimized especially when they work, sometimes these people can't even realize that they have become victims. Due to their status as illegal immigrants, it is very rare that they can find good positions in considerably large companies to begin with. Usually, small businesses run the risk of hiring illegal immigrants, sometimes it may be because these small businesses are trying to help those illegal immigrants who share the same nationality with them, but, most of the time, these migrant workers without of documents are much cheaper and easier to manipulate. Whatever the reason, they cannot afford to lose their jobs or be deported back to their country. Most of these illegal immigrants carry an excessive burden on their shoulders. Most problems are not big problems compared to losing a job, because they believe that as long as they can keep a job to live in this country, there will be hope of one day becoming legal. Victims of illegal immigrants are invisible, because they are unaware of their situation, don't know how to ask for help, or are afraid of being fired and deported. No matter what reasons make them invisible, one thing we know for sure is that these reasons are giving other people the opportunity to harm illegal immigrants..
