Disorganized attachment is attracting more and more interest in the field of attachment, and many researchers have conducted numerous studies on the disorganized attachment and caregiving system. From these studies we can know that some caregiving behaviors are associated with children's disorganized behaviors. As known, secure attachment is optimal because children feel very secure that they can get the comfort and attention of their caregiver when they need it, so that they can explore the environment around them. Therefore, we need to know what disorganized attachment behaviors are and the types of caregiving behaviors that will cause disorganized attachment so that we can know how to avoid such behaviors and help children build a secure attachment. The influence of the early attachment relationship is very significant and is associated with the development of children's emotions, behaviors and socialization. As an insecure attachment, disorganized attachment has many negative outcomes. Much research has demonstrated its link to externalizing behavior problems such as aggression, impulsivity and oppositional defiance. Furthermore, children with disorganized attachment also face emotional socialization difficulties. Lyons-Ruth and Jacobvitz concluded that children's disorganized attachment is more common in maltreatment and other high-risk cases, however, it reaches 15% in normative cases (as cited in Solomon, 2011). Therefore, it is very important for us to know the concept of disorganized attachment, the caregiving behaviors associated with disorganized attachment, so that we can know how to help children build a secure attachment.
