There was the problem of a safe working environment and an organized system of storage of things as batches of components were present on the floor and in the work space , which led to job concealment and led to wasted time at work. Waste of inventory and resources was another problem as there was no proper system of automobile production in case of increase in demand they quickly increased production and in case of low demand there was less work so this pre-planned automobile production caused many inventory losses and led to an increase in the production cost of cars. So these problems have been solved by lean manufacturing
