Topic > Managing Conflict of Interest - 1197

Consider that you are working in an organization, when a decision you make is influenced by the organization it paves the way for conflict of interest. Conflict of interest can arise due to loyalty to your employer or company for which you work as an employee. But having concern or loyalty to a friend, family, spouse, etc. and help your friend/family even if you are loyal to your organization or employee. Conflict of interest may include academic and professional conflicts. Academic conflicts involve scholarships or places in prestigious educational institutions. Professional conflicts may concern financial issues or relationships. Conflict of interest could develop due to pressures that may influence people or the employee. For example, the pressure mentioned above may include the employer's concern that this organization protects the reputation of the organization without any harm or damage with an appropriate measure. The act or process of revealing or discovering new or secret information increases conflict of interest. Most conflicts of interest can give rise to supervisory scenarios in which people place significant importance on their own personal agenda. There are many other sources of conflict of interest that are intrinsic to professional ethics. COURSES OF ACTION Despite the $100 million settlement we secured to quench the organization's thirst, the act of showing gratitude for the team's efforts was not fair or respectful enough. Extinguishing the agreement required a lot of coordination and the efforts of the people or the entire team put in a lot of efforts to achieve the goals and objectives by using the available sources efficiently. So, just giving a phone message... in the middle of paper... working with us. Since closing the $100 million deal involved a lot of hard work, the hard work needs to be publicly recognized. But then this is my personal opinion, the other three would have other interests or would be fine having lunch. In that case I would have to compromise with my team by accepting lunch. This is because when a senior manager offers lunch as a sign of gratitude it would be disrespectful or rude. If I don't accept lunch offered by someone in a senior position while the other accepts it, this could pave the way for a situation where the conflict of interest crumbles, which could lead the employee to think that there might be some autonomous behavior involved and this is why not accepting lunch. A conflict of conscience also occurs when personal beliefs affect formal agreements.
