Opinions can be educated or uneducated. Individuals, regardless of their level of education, are autonomous. They want the best for themselves and their family. The poor without real estate or land ownership are more concerned about good health, for themselves and their families. Wealthier property owners are more concerned about maintaining their properties and the privacy they provide.
