Cracker Barrel has been plagued as a homophobic association. Many customers and representatives have reported being treated unjustifiably. For example, white administrators enabled against dark clients. And even when African American customers had a complaint about something, it wasn't considered as important as a white customer's. Not only did they encounter problems with prejudice, but they also had problems with sexual introduction. Sexual introduction was excluded by the non-separation of new arriving workers.
