In addition to completing the training perfectly, teachers should be able to speak English fluently and correctly to ensure the improvement of a student's education. English fluency and pronunciation can be crucial especially when teaching a lesson based on the fundamentals of it. A reasonable and sensible solution to help non-native English speaking teachers would be to ask them to follow programs that improve their pronunciation skills to ensure the effectiveness of their skills.
