I am the company's number one supporter. They wear their heart on their sleeve, allowing everyone to be aware of their feelings. They are open, honest and sincere. They have no intention of harming their colleagues, their company or their future. They are willing to put their work on the line for the organization and what they believe in. However, their motivation to innovate is not necessarily increased retention in the organization. Or even to get rich (Blanchard, 2008). Recognition isn't even a real reward for them.
