1. Introduction1.1. Background1.1.1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management (Hons). This program recognizes information as a strategic resource. It is designed to educate and train students with knowledge and skills in information management. It involves the analysis, design, and management of various types of information systems to identify, acquire, retrieve, and disseminate information for users' strategic and competitive purposes.1.1.2. Degree in Computer Science (Information Systems and Networks) with honors. So the background of this system at Universiti Malaysia Pahang. The degree in Computer Science (Information Systems and Networks) or better known as BCN emphasizes three main aspects which are technical knowledge, technical skills and social skills. This program has been specifically designed to support the faculty's goals of producing informative, highly skilled, and competitive graduates in the field of computing and networking.1.2. Issues and problems1.2.1. The lack of a teacher for some courses. The ISM program at UITM Machang has a deficit in some courses for sample topics Database Application For Information Management (IMS506) which have only one core instructor. It will become a problem when the teacher has a vacation and then the other teacher who didn't take those courses and has to teach the students. The provision to students will be less than that of the main teacher.1.2.2. Lack of management topics in their syllabus. For UMP's Information Systems and Networks program, they focus more on IT topics and lack management topics. They will become problems for students because they lack information on how to manage the system and information.1.3. Purpose1.3.1. The purpose of this evaluation is that the ISM program carries out a comparative and contrast analysis and the similarities and differences between the two programs at each university.1.4. Solutions/Options/Alternatives1.4.1. The alternative to the problem is that the UITM Machang party should hire an extra teacher who specializes in the course for at least one of the subject so that they can have a substitute among them if they have problems teaching students. So, other teachers do not need to learn new fields to teach students.1.4.2. So, for solutions for the Information Systems and Networks program in UMP, the program should add more management courses into its program. It will help students handle information correctly.2.
