Topic > Infj: Description of my personality type

When I read the description of my personality type I felt like it represented me and I found some interesting things. INFJs are kind, thoughtful, complex, and highly intuitive individuals. They're usually right and they usually know it. Their secondary mode is external, where you handle things based on how you feel about them. They are deep and complex individuals, quite secretive and generally difficult to understand. Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on "Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned"? Artistic and creative, they live in a world of hidden meanings and possibilities. Their primary way of life is internally focused, where you take things in primarily through intuition. They retain part of themselves and can be secretive. On the other hand, they operate within themselves in an intuitive and completely spontaneous way. On the contrary, they have very high expectations of themselves and often of their family. Life is not necessarily easy for them, but they are capable of deep feelings and personal fulfillment. They know things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why and without detailed knowledge of the topic in question. They have high expectations of their children and push them to do their best. On the other hand, the INFJ is a perfectionist who doubts whether they are living up to their full potential. They believe they are right. INFJs hold a special place in the hearts of the people they are close to, who are able to see their special gifts and depth of caring. In the workplace, INFJs usually show up in areas where they can be creative and somewhat independent. In deference to the Feeling aspect of their personality, INFJs are somewhat kind and easy-going. But generally, children of an INFJ receive devoted and sincere parental guidance, combined with deep care. The INFJ individual is gifted in ways that other types are not. Because the INFJ has such strong intuitive abilities, they trust their instincts above all else. They have a strong value system and need to live their lives in accordance with what they believe is right. As a result, most INFJs are protective of their inner selves, sharing only what they choose to share when they choose to share it. The INFJ will either avoid these things or go to the other extreme and get caught up in the details to the point where they can no longer see the big picture. Please note: this is just an example. These are just some of the things I found interesting in the description. Works Cited by the American Psychological Association. (2010).
