The reinforcement from my colleague also helped me, the support over time really became an unexpected motivation. Using technology and using positive affirmations and alarms on my phone also played a role in my success in changing my behavior. This will continue to serve as reinforcement for me. It's important to constantly remind my family and friends of my goals and behavior change, which has helped me reinforce them so they don't become an antecedent again. Constantly imagining the importance and results of going to the gym is also something I need to keep in mind to be successful in the future as well. Ultimately, I was successful with this behavior change and plan to continue it for my future. Although this has now become a routine for me, I have no intention of removing the reinforcements I have put in place. However, Watson and Tharp's book helps guide me to be successful in this behavior change, ultimately providing me with the methods and strategies I need to not only succeed, but to help me believe that changing a behavior alone both in reality
