The developers will sit down with the employer and explain how they intend to meet the brief and how the task will be approached, the employer will need to ensure that the developers actually meet all criteria and fix any confusion developers may have. Both the client and the developers will reach an agreement on how to complete the task, this will require negotiation, for example if the employer wants the work to be produced in specific software, the client could negotiate that external software can be used to achieve the same goal. I will follow this same process in an interview with my lecturer to discuss a project we are undertaking, this will also include explaining our idea, explaining how we will approach it, what software we might use and how long we think it will last
