Supported by the following, the Extended Living Society violated the director's employment rights by abusing its authority over her. They have done this by developing a hostile work environment which is a serious violation of the Harassment Act which states that when a person is interrupted in their work it should be considered harassment. Additionally, the Age Discrimination Act has been violated by their proliferation of age discrimination that “involves treating an employee less favorably because of his or her age” (EEOC Laws, 2015, para. 1) . Despite the addition of multiple other allegations of impropriety against the director, the Extended Life Society was excluded from their original claim that caused the director to be fired. Based on these facts, the only aspect of this case that can be held against the director is the original dismissal claim against him. Second, the judge should administer a fine for their actions and require that the extended living facility modify their management system and require them to provide plausible evidence that they have corrected labor law violations and verify that these actions corrective measures work and are in line.
