Since reason begins with logic, what is logic based on? “Intuition operates at a “lower level than logic.” It's not unscientific or illogical, it's sub-scientific and sub-logical. Intuition operates on events, not theories. …Intuition requires prior experience. Insights are acquired through learning, and the benefit of learning what happens in a given situation is only available if one encounters a sufficiently similar situation again” (Anderson, 2007). In essence, the way you think and put all the pieces together can be compared to an onion. Idea after idea, layer after layer, the pool of knowledge we learn from, has internal and external layers, but it is all connected as one. “You can't create high-level models until you already have Intelligence” (2007). In this sense, if a general classification is needed, although experience is below intuition, intuition is below logic, and reason is above logic – all these pieces fit together and develop into something greater . The three – logic, intuition and reason – can be expected to work together to structure our thinking process, to help us develop and communicate intelligent ideas, thus enabling the continuous growth of the onion, without any
